Attorney Timothy Bradl concentrates his practice of law at Denner Pellegrino, LLP, Counselors At Law, in defense of complex criminal cases and all phases of criminal litigation. His practice is focused on pre-indictment defense and resolution where possible. His case load includes murder cases, white collar crimes and drug offenses.
A former Assistant District Attorney of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office of Massachusetts, Mr. Bradl’s primary responsibility was investigating and prosecuting murder cases for the Homicide Unit. He represented the Commonwealth at trial in capital cases in Superior Court and conducted appellate work in the Massachusetts Appeals and Supreme Judicial Courts. During his service, he conducted approximately thirty twelve-person jury trials. His record includes twenty-five straight trial convictions in serious felony matters and eight consecutive convictions in murder cases.
Mr. Bradl also supervised prosecution of all motor vehicle-related deaths in Suffolk County and was a member of the Homicide Response Team. Prior Experience as an Assistant District Attorney was in the Senior Trial and Major Felony Trial Team, and also in Dorchester District Court.
Attorney Bradl was formerly an associate with Jason & Fischer Law Firm of Boston and Bornn, Bornn, Handy & Rashid Law Firm of St. Thomas, USVI.
Tim received a JD from Suffolk University Law School cum laude where he was a staff member of the Moot Court Board and also served on the editorial board. He received a B.A. with double majors in English and Political Science from Boston College. He was an Appalachia Volunteer Corps member during his senior college year.
Attorney Bradl is admitted as a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars as well as the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.
