Attorney Linda A. Condino focuses her legal practice at Denner Pellegrino, LLP, Counselors At Law, on real estate, business and contract law, consumer protection, municipal law, civil litigation, and real estate tax appeals. As a past owner of Western Massachusetts Property Consultants, she managed property held by private investors and property owned by United Cooperative Bank and Ludlow Savings Bank. Her love of real estate and business acumen, along with her legal education, brings not only professional competency, but a broad perspective to her legal practice.
During her legal career, Ms. Condino has been involved in a wide variety of cases, including many multi-million dollar real estate closings with national and international participants and investors, representation of public entities in site location and requisition of land and buildings, zoning and permitting actions, eminent domain cases, and IRC §1031 Tax Exchanges. Her service also includes representation of six plaintiffs in a sexual harassment suit, representation of plaintiffs in a suit against a national church, tax appeals, plus real estate contracts and civil business litigation.
Linda has incorporated in her practice of law Albert Einstein’s philosophy on truth and justice wherein he said, “In matters of truth and justice, there is no difference between large and small problems, for issues concerning the treatment of people are all the same.”
Attorney Condino earned her JD from Western New England College School of Law where she graduated in the top 15% of her class and a B.A. in Legal Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She was appointed a member of the National Honor Society for academic excellence, is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Conveyancer’s Association. She is also a member of the Italian American Women’s Club.
Attorney Condino is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
